Waterloo Farm Leisure is a rural retreat nestled in gently rolling countryside in the heart of England on the border between Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. Established in 2006, and run by a single family, we pride ourselves in offering the highest standards of care to all our guests. We take great pleasure in sharing the delights of our country life, should you wish to find out more about the local habitat and history. Our picturesque resort is comprised of several different aspects, in hopes that we have something on site that will be perfect just for you.

We provide quality self catering Log Cabins overlooking Waterloo Lake. Wake up to a delicious freshly cooked breakfast in our Waterloo Tearoom. We also serve daily homemade lunches, hot snacks, and traditional roast on Sunday, along with our usual home made treats to make your mouth water.

We are nestled inbetween Northamptonshire and Leicestershire countryside, off the A508. Far from the hustle and bustle of the roads and the city, your perfect local getaway.
