Tea Room
Waterloo Tearoom is situated in the heart of the Northants countryside, in our converted Dutch Barn with a lovely large conservatory seating area so you can enjoy the countryside views no matter what the weather. The Tearoom is open on a daily basis serving breakfast, hot snacks, freshly made soup, and a traditional roast on Sundays. Even come and treat yourself to a delicious cream tea. The Tearoom is licensed with a choice of beverages and is outfitted with Wifi, which is free to access for our customers and residents.

TEAROOM INFORMATION
WE ARE OPEN!! Now from 8.30am-4.00pm. We are serving our NEW MENU with our unmissable breakfast, homemade lunches, snacks and soups. We have been baking again – so all our deliciously tempting cakes, puddings, pastrys and treats are available. We serve food upto 2pm and then tea and cakes until 4pm. Our licensed bar is open from 11am-4.00pm. We have redesigned our garden seating area and have a fabulous new Marquee for indoor outdoor dining (when it’s not too windy!!). We are now taking bookings for our ever famous Sunday lunch again! We are still offering take away boxes of all our treats so if you want to take your favourite food home, you can! Afternoon Tea boxes to take away or picnic with is just the best way to enjoy the wonderful outdoors with all the trimmings 🙂

The Tearoom is available for corporate or private hire – perfect for meetings, lunches and socials – it can accommodate groups between 20-40 people comfortably. We offer a full catering service including buffets. Please call us to check availability and rates.
Group bookings are welcome in the Tearoom, please call in advance. We can offer a select menu tailored for your needs.
