NOVEMBER 2020 UPDATE
Following the Government announcement this week, Waterloo farm Leisure will close our doors until the 2nd December (or otherwise told). This includes the Fishing Lakes, Tearoom, and Campsite, all accommodation and parking. We would politely ask all customers not to visit the site as we are trying to keep the site secure and free from COVID.

We are so very pleased to announce that we are now OPEN!
Thank you so much to all the most beautiful customers who have contacted us, supported us and been all round amazing people. We are so lucky to have the support and help from all of you!
TEAROOM INFORMATION
We are now open from 8.30am-4.00pm. We are serving our NEW MENU with plenty of our favourite homeade treats, unmissable breakfast and of course our delicious locally roasted coffee. We serve food upto 2pm and the tea and cakes until 4pm. Our licensed bar is open from 11am-4.00pm. We have redesigned our garden seating area and have installed a fabulous new Marquee for indoor outdoor dining (when it’s not too windy!!). We are now taking bookings for our famous Sunday lunch again! We have a new seating layout and a new way of doing things, but the taste senation that is our Sunday Lunch is very much back!! We are still offering take away boxes of all our treats so if you want to take your favourite food home, you can! Afternoon Tea boxes to take away or picnic with is just the best way to enjoy the wonderful outdoors with all the trimmings 🙂
FISHING INFORMATION
Please could you turn up from 7.30
- Park your car in the TEAROOM carpark to check in. The conservatory door will be open, please follow the queue system and distancing marked out and note only 2 customers will be allowed in at any one time. Face coverings are advised to be worn on entering the tearoom. If you are dining you may take it off when you’re seated at your table.
- Strictly ANGLERS ONLY, NO non-fishing guests or spectators allowed at all and NO visiting allowed anywhere around the fishing lakes or site.
- Anglers must stay on their peg. Please do not move pegs or move around the fishery at all. Strictly NO gatherings of friends etc.
- A valid Environment Agency licence is always required to fish our waters.
- Please take ALL YOUR RUBBISH home during this time it will reduce the potential spread of the virus (if affected).
- Pre Booked Matches only will be honoured, so long as they strictly comply with Angling Trust and government guidelines.
- Lake opening hours will be 7.30am – 6.30pm only. Please DO NOT turn up earlier than 7.30 as you will not be admitted to site.
PEG FEE’S as follows;
Waterloo Lake- Adult (16+) £8.00
Junior(12-15)/Pensioner(65+) £6.00
JUNIOR LAKE – Adult £6.00
Junior- £4

TOURING SITE INFORMATION
We are now officially OPEN! Availability is booking up quickly, so please think ahead so we don’t disappoint you! Most of our weekends are booked up on the ever popular Wellington Lakeside in August 2020 but we do have a few spaces around site.
Our toilet and shower facilities are not officially open yet, we are encouraging all customers to use their own facilities (if they have them) as to reduce any possible spread of COVID. We have increased our cleaning schedule and all of our staff are upto date with sanitising and hand washing, we would ask all of our customers to please do the same.

Waterloo Farm Leisure is a rural retreat nestled in gently rolling countryside in the heart of England on the border between Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. Established in 2006, and run by a single family, we pride ourselves in offering the highest standards of care to all our guests. We take great pleasure in sharing the delights of our green belt countryside, should you wish to find out more about the local habitat and history you only need to ask. Our picturesque resort is comprised of several different aspects, in hopes that we have something on site that will be perfect for you.
We have a beautifully quaint and classically decorated Tearoom with a conservatory and outdoor seating area. The Tearoom serves breakfast and lunch every day and is the central hub of activity on site. If you need to know anything, this is where you’ll be able to find out. The tearoom also opens every other Saturday evening until 7.30pm*, serving food and drinks for our guests and the public too! Booking is highly reccomended.
We cater for all your dietary needs. Our Tearoom offers Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-free options. Delicious AND Healthy!
Our accommodation consists of two Norwegian Log Cabins, that are completely self-catered, for those who are looking to cut off from the outside world whilst staying. We have four separate caravan sites, tailored for families, adults and anglers alike! The four sites are carefully set out and also hidden away for that extra peace and quiet you might be looking for when you are visiting. We offer full services and great prices, so please take a look at what we can offer you!
We also have 2 newly decorated bedrooms above our Tearoom, the views are incredible! Absolutely ideal for a little getaway or long term letting.
